Delia came to St Petersburg in 1993 to attend Eckerd College and instantly fell in love with the Tampa Bay area.  She graduated in 1997 and began her career in real estate soon after.  Her enthusiasm and tenacity has allowed her to emerge as one of St Petersburg’s finest Realtors. In her first year alone, her broker awarded her the honor of Top Producer Rookie of the Year.  Since then she has been awarded her company’s top honor Salesperson of the Year consistently, breaking the all-time company record for sales in 2005.  A homeowner in South Pasadena, Delia is truly dedicated to her neighbors and upholding the integrity of our coastal community.
